Watch now | On June 28th, the Supreme Court overturned the Chevron doctrine, and NOTHING has changed. We investigate that doctrine and the case that overturned it and why nothing has changed, yet.
We used Loper v Raimondo in our Motion to Dismiss our federal indictment claiming the CDC actually HAD 'lawful governmental functions' in order to force physicians to inject a product into a human being, even if against their will. Still awaiting a ruling, also pending any oral arguments, as requested. US v Plastic Surgery Institute, Inc et al, 2:23-cr-00010, 10th Circuit, Utah
That gives me hope. I had been really struggling to find guidance from any of the large White Shoe firms that recommended challenges, the low hanging fruit. This is good to hear. I'll be curious and if you do a post on it once the ruling comes down, we'd love to cross post for you and perhaps have you on to talk about it.
